Shipping Policy works exclusively with a legendary and trusted lab and manages every order in its entirety. Orders are expected to be shipped within 7-14 days. 

You are responsible for all shipping costs, calculated on an actual cost basis. recognizes individual unframed prints do not take as long to produce as framed or mounted art. If it is not required that all art arrives at approximately the same time, or to benefit from having print only orders arrive earlier, please consider separate orders or simply email to assist with an existing order.

For larger orders, purchases will arrive in multiple packages. Oversized orders may be packaged and shipped specifically for and arrive via freight service. Orders are shipped to residential or business addresses, allowing for confirmation of receipt. You will be alerted via e-mail as your order ships and a tracking number and link will be included. ships most via FedEx services depending on destination. All orders are securely packed tailored to your purchase. provides three shipping options for Swiss domestic orders; all shipping times are estimated as provided by FedEx. 1.) FedEx Priority Overnight Standard – next day transit delivery 2.) FedEx 2 Day – second day transit delivery, 3.) FedEx Ground – 4 to 6 day transit delivery. For shipments outside Switzerland, provides FedEx International Economy Service – 3 to 6 day transit delivery. In uncommon cases of oversized or custom orders, buyers will be contacted for freight shipping options.

Return & Exchange Policy

Purchases will be eligible for returns due to quality-related issues, damage occurring prior to or duringshipping, or loss during shipping. If your purchase is damaged or lost due to shipping or error in production, must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Simply email Orders at for full instructions.

Once the claim is received, will respond if it is necessary for damaged or defective items to be return shipped. Upon claim review, will reproduce the damaged portion of your order or provide a refund for the production and shipping of any damaged portion of your order.

If there are quality-related issues with your order, you must notify in writing within 7 days of delivery. Such notification must specify in detail the quality-related issue you believe has occurred. will review the issue and issue a refund where the quality issue is not due to adjustment and is not de minimis (minor). has the sole discretion to determine whether a quality-related issue is de minimis.
